The scope, deliverables, and terms of any specific engagement will be defined in a separate written agreement or proposal between SBD.Services and the client.

Assessments reflect conditions observed during the evaluation period and may not account for changes occurring after delivery
Recommendations are advisory in nature and implementation remains the responsibility of the client
SBD.Services does not assume liability for operational decisions made by the client based on our findings or recommendations
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information, facility data, assessment findings, and engagement details as confidential. We will not disclose client-specific information to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.
If SBD.Services uses anonymized or generalized case study information for marketing, educational, or portfolio purposes, no identifying client details will be disclosed without prior written approval.
6. Intellectual Property

8. Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance
Late payments may be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance
SBD.Services reserves the right to suspend services if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe
